International Standard Mail Disclaimer: The $25.00 Standard Mail option is a use at your own risk service. The mail service we use has lost about 15% packages shipped with this service, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery. We are not to be held responsible for lost packages when selecting this service. (All orders placed with Priority and Express shipping have guaranteed delivery, we encourage you to use these services)
- Basic Mail: If basic mail is selected, the order is shipped in an envelope with no tracking number. Therefore, there is no way to track this package.
- Handling Time: All normal orders will ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed during a monthly drop will ship within 1-2 business days.
- Tracking Information: Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to the order when package is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking page to show the most recent package location.
- International Buyers: Buyer is responsible for any import duty or taxes. International packages may be held up in customs for a period of days or weeks.
